We come into the world with an inhalation and we leave it with an exhalation.
But how we breathe in between (Is your breath shallow or deep? Does it fill your lungs and oxygenate your body?) is what defines our quality of life.
Breathing plays a HUGE role in cancer prevention and recovery.
